Experiential Learning Profile
This area of study builds on the general foundation of business modules by examining the design and function of work and organizations, the regulatory environment and the societal context surrounding the workplace, and the techniques that are used to manage people at work. It also covers strategy, information, finance, and accounting, operations, and marketing to ensure that you have a good foundation in business disciplines and HRM. The programme modules reflect the growth of the HR profession and increased focus on people management in many organizations across the public and private sectors.
