CCP Industries is in transition from a traditional 100% onsite sales model to a blended remote and face-to-face model. In order to maximize sales and profit while retaining a maximum number of customers, we have to allocate resources efficiently. This includes a revamp of geographic territories and inside business development reps. Our legacy data by product/market/salesperson/price is rich. However, we need to transform that data into business intelligence. This transformation will enable increased velocity, accuracy, and close rate of sales and marketing efforts.
