We are using Gamification Platform to ‘gamify’ core HR Training and Talent Acquisition related training, and are in need of market research that will drive/guide the marketing plan targeting this audience. Through a detailed questionnaire, we are focusing on 4 major milestone questions that we need further research on: How does the Target customer buy? What are the biggest Talent Acquisition / HR Challenges State/Local agencies face amid Covid-19? How much do these customers spend on HR Training/Development? Who are the competitors; price points; offerings; what is their revenue; what offerings are missing (based on #2)?
