A Collaboration Between
Using Gamification Platform to ‘gamify’ core HR Training and Talent Acquisition related training, we need market research that will drive/guide the marketing plan targeting this audience. We are focusing on 2 milestones to help formulate our plans; the first is scheduled interviews with potential buyers to help us understand their needs and buying habits. The second will be based on 3 major areas of research; Biggest Talent Acquisition / HR Challenges federal agencies face amid Covid-19, 2. Competitive analysis: who are the competitors; price points; offerings; what is their revenue; what offerings are missing (based on #1)? 3. What are the recommendations for Training Product Launch based on the other research and interviews?
